Student Success Coaching

Student Success Coaching is incredibly individualized. Students are paired with a single coach, whom they meet with regularly to receive mentoring. We recommend that students meet with their coaches weekly, but, like all of our services, students can meet as frequently or infrequently as preferred. This service is for middle school, high school, and college students. 

Coaches help students organize and track all of their assignments and deadlines, and in some situations, they help monitor students’ grades. They support students in managing their everyday academic workload while instilling long-term healthy habits. 

  • Organization skills: learn to use tools like calendars, agendas, to-do lists, and find out what works best for each student 

  • Study skills: learn effective study strategies and note-taking techniques

  • Time management skills: learn to manage time efficiently and escape procrastination cycles

Our goal is to improve students’ academic performance while also helping them to build skills useful beyond high school, preparing them for higher education and the real world. Student Success Coaching is holistic in nature and often includes encouragement of comprehensive healthy habits, like journaling practices and consistent daily routines.
